Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FusionWork ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, fusionwork.com, and when you contact us. We follow the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). A separate policy will cover the FusionWork product before it becomes generally available.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us (for example to request early access), we receive your name, email address, company details and anything else you include in your message.
- Technical data. The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security, performance and aggregate, privacy-focused analytics. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To reply to you and manage early-access requests.
- To send you product updates you've asked for. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep this website secure and working properly.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as email hosting (Microsoft) and website hosting (Cloudflare), and only as needed for those services. We also share it where the law requires us to.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your personal data. Email privacy@fusionwork.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
